Weekly summary of the War on Gaza, September 19, 2025

Daily Death Tolls:
- On September 13, 2025, 45 Palestinians and 205 others were injured by Israeli fire and bombardment in the Gaza Strip, 5 of whom were killed and 26 were injured while lining up to get aid from Gaza "Humanitarian" Foundation.
- On September 14, 2025, 68 Palestinians were killed and 346 were injured across the Gaza Strip, 10 of whom were killed and 18 were injured while lining up to get aid from GHF.
- On September 15, 2025, 34 Palestinians were killed and 316 were injured across the Gaza Strip, 03 of whom were killed, and 47 were injured while lining up to get aid from GHF.
- On September 16, 2025, 59 Palestinians were killed and 386 were injured across the Gaza Strip, 112 were injured while lining up to get aid from GHF.
- On September 17, 2025, 98 Palestinians were killed and 385 were injured by Israeli fire and bombardment across the Gaza Strip, 7 of whom were killed and 87 injured while lining up to get aid from GHF.
- On September 18, 2025, 79 Palestinians were killed and 228 were injured by Israeli fire and bombardment across the Gaza Strip, 9 were killed and 33 were injured while waiting to get aid from GHF.
Total Death Tolls:
- The total number of Palestinians who lost their lives because of starvation has reached 432, of whom 146 are children, which means that 19 Palestinians lost their lives because of starvation over the past week alone.
- The number of Palestinians killed since October 7, 2023 has reached 65,062, and 165,697 were injured. This does not include about 15,000 Palestinians who are still under the rubble of their homes.
- The total number of Palestinians who were killed while lining up to get aid has reached 2,504 and those injured 18,381.
- Since March 18, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli fire in Gaza has reached 12,511 and those injured 53,656.
- Four Israeli soilders were killed by an attack on their military jeep in Rafah, while 2 Israeli soilders were killed in another shooting attack at the Jordan-West Bank border over the past week.
- Tens of thousands of Palestinians have left Gaza city and the north and moved south per the orders of the Israeli military, which has encircled Gaza city and continues to send in dozens of old tanks filled with explosives that are blowing up people and their homes. Israeli forces have carried out more than 1000 airstrikes in Gaza city, 850 airstrikes over the past two days alone, destroying hundreds of homes and high rises, and forcing thousands of Palestinians to leave their homes. The situation in Gaza city is more than catastrophic. The Israeli forces have also caused a communication blackout by cutting off internet lines due to heavy bombardment. In the south, there is no space for people to move in and pressure on the healthcare sector increases, with Nasser hospital taking 200-400 patients a day even before this new exodus.
