Weekly summary of the War on Gaza, November 28, 2025

Daily Death Tolls:
• On November 22, 2025, 22 Palestinians were kileld by Israeli fire following an Israeli escalation in Gaza, while 83 others were injured.
• On November 23, 2025, 21 Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire while 2 others had their bodies uncovered from under the rubble of their homes.
• On November 25, the bodies of 17 Palestinians arrived at Gaza’s hospitals, 14 of them were uncovered from under the rubble of their homes.
• On November 26, 2025, the bodies of 15 Palestinians were handed over to health authorities by the Red Cross. On the same day, the bodies of 10 Palestinians arrived at Gaza’s hospitals, 2 were killed that day and 8 others were uncovered from under the rubble.
Total Death Tolls:
• Since the ceasefire agreement went into effect in Gaza on October 11, 2025, 347 Palestinians have been killed, 889 have been injured, and 596 bodies have been uncovered from under the rubble of their homes.
• The number of Palestinians killed since October 7, 2023, has reached 69,785, with 170,905 injured.
• The Israeli military continues to demolish homes and neighborhoods east of the Yellow Line in Gaza. Several Palestinians were killed as they were spotted inside the Yellow Line or as they approached it. The Israeli military treats the Yellow Line as the new border of the Gaza Strip and Palestinians are not allowed to be there.
During the first two weeks of November, acute watery diarrhea cases increased by 13% compared with the previous two-week period, while jaundice cases more than doubled, highlighting a continued deterioration in the state of public health. A recent assessment by NGO’s found that 63% of households across Gaza did not have soap at their shelters (Source: OCHA)
