- Last Thursday, March 20, the bodies of 43 Palestinians arrived at the Indonesian hospital, while 82 others were injured following intense Israeli bombardment of northern Gaza.
- On Friday: Six children were killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the Tufah neighborhood of Gaza City; A mother and her daughter were targeted on the roof of their home while baking bread east of Khan Younis.
- Last weekend, Israel issued three evacuation orders in Gaza this week, targeting people living in the north and telling them to move south, adding that its area of control would be "expanded".
- On Saturday: Nine Palestinians, five of them children, were killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the Mashharawi family home in Gaza City; Two Palestinians were killed by an Israeli air strike in Al-Mughraqa in central Gaza;16 Palestinians were killed in a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting Rafah.
- On Sunday: The bodies of 30 Palestinians arrived at the European Hospital on Sunday as a result of Israeli airstrikes in Rafah and Khan Younis; A total of 18 Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire and over 17 Palestinians were killed from Israeli airstrikes throughout the Gaza Strip on Sunday, including an airstrike that targeted Nasser Hospital, rendering the surgical department inoperable. Israel said the airstrike targeted a Hamas political leader who was being treated there for a previous injury. A 17-year-old was also killed in the airstrike, along with 4 others.

- Three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a car belonging to the Khan Younis municipality.
- According to witnesses in Rafah, the Israeli army executed young people and targeted a van full of displaced people. The Israeli army surrounded Tal Al-Sultan, expelling many people before forcing the rest out of the neighborhood through checkpoints; people were taken by surprise when tanks entered the area on Sunday. Women who had been detained were later released. One of the witnesses said 5 people were executed in front of him, and a woman was shot in front of her children.
- This week, about 100 cars were targeted by Israeli airstrikes, claiming they were being used to transfer hostages; many of these were civilian cars, including an ambulance. About 12 civilian defense and medical personnel are missing after being besieged by Israeli forces in Tal Al-Sultan in Rafah. Palestinians who survived the siege of Tal Al-Sultan spoke of about 50 Palestinians killed by Israeli fire, some of them thrown into a large hole surrounded by Israeli forces.
