Weekly summary of the War on Gaza, April 3, 2026

Daily Death Tolls:
• On March 26, 2026, the bodies of two Palestinians arrived at Gaza’s hospitals, one killed that day by Israeli fire and another who died to injuries sustained earlier and 17 others were injured.
• On March 28, 2026, one Palestinian was killed by Israeli fire and 19 others were injured by Israeli fire and attacks in Gaza.
• On March 29, 2026, 10 Palestinians were killed by Israeli airstrikes and fire in Gaza, 18 others were injured.
• On March 30, two Palestinians died of injuries sustained earlier and one other was injured. Eight pre-mature babies whole were evacuated from Gaza two years ago and through the Rafah crossing and were reunited with their families for the first time.
• On March 31, 5 Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire and airstrikes in Gaza, 14 others were injured.
On April 1, 4 Palestinians were killed Israeli fire and 12 others were injured.
Total Death Tolls:
• Since the ceasefire agreement went into effect in Gaza on October 10, 2025, 713 Palestinians have been killed, meaning 22 Palestinians were killed last week, and 1940 have been injured, and 756 bodies have been uncovered from under the rubble of their homes.
• The number of Palestinians killed since October 7, 2023, has reached 72,289 with 172,976 injured.
• The Israeli government opened the Rafah Crossing for limited traffic, allowing dozens of Palestinian patients and their families out. Commercial crossings continue to open with restrictions imposed on the number of trucks entering Gaza.
