Daily Death Tolls:
• On April 18, 2026, 8 Palestinians were killed over the past 24 hours, including one who was uncovered from under the rubble and 24 others were injured by Israeli fire across the Gaza Strip.
• On April 19, 2026, two Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire including one who died of earlier injuries.
• On April 20, 2026, 2 Palestinians were killed by Israeli airstrikes and fire in Gaza, 22 others were injured.
• On April 21, 7 Palestinians were killed by Israeli airstrikes and fire in Gaza, and 21 others were injured.
• On April 22, two Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire and airstrikes across the Gaza Strip including one who died of earlier injuries and 4 others were injured.
• On April 23, 11 Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire and airstrikes, 18 others were injured.
Total Death Tolls:
• Since the ceasefire agreement went into effect in Gaza on October 10, 2025, 792 Palestinians have been killed, and 2235 have been injured, and 761 bodies have been uncovered from under the rubble of their homes.
• The number of Palestinians killed since October 7, 2023, has reached 72,568 with 172,338 injured.
• The Rafah Crossing was opened for three days, allowing for instance 135 Palestinians on April 23 to enter Egypt, including 47 patients and 86 members of their families. Two people (non-patients) were also allowed to evacuate Gaza. At the same time, 133 Palestinians entered Gaza from Egypt.
