Daily Death Tolls:
• On April 11, 2026, 11 Palestinians were killed and 26 others were injured by Israeli fire across the Gaza Strip.
• On April 12, 2026, the bodies of 2 Palestinians arrived at Gaza’s hospitals, 1 was uncovered from under the rubble and one was killed that day by Israeli fire, 8 others were injured. On the same day, 69 patients and their families left Gaza through the Rafah Crossing.
• On April 13, 2026, 4 Palestinians were killed by Israeli airstrikes and fire in Gaza, 10 others were injured. On the same day, 42 patients and 84 of their families left the Gaza Strip.
• On April 14, 3 Palestinians were killed by Israeli airstrikes and fire in Gaza, and 11 others were injured.
• On April 15, 8 Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire and airstrikes across the Gaza Strip and 29 others were injured.
On April 16, 1 Palestinian was killed Israeli fire and 8 others were injured.
Total Death Tolls:
• Since the ceasefire agreement went into effect in Gaza on October 10, 2025, 766 Palestinians have been killed, and 2147 have been injured, and 760 bodies have been uncovered from under the rubble of their homes.
• The number of Palestinians killed since October 7, 2023, has reached 72,345 with 172,250 injured.
• Palestinians marked Prisoners Day, which is marked on April 17 each year, despite the genocide and ongoing destruction. About 9,000 Palestinians are held in Israeli jails, including thousands from Gaza. The Israeli government released 14 Palestinians prisoners in Gaza over the past week.
